1. Before you decide to retain us, it may be beneficial for you to have a consultation /evaluation for your legal issues. For immigration cases, we give free initial evaluation and you can send us an email: [email protected] and receive our feedback. Please be noted that the free evaluation may not be provided due to the complexity and overfull inquires.

2. For other different legal categories, you can always schedule a 45 min fee-based consultation with our attorneys. The fee-based consultation will provide you with resourceful information about your options that you can decide more rationally if you want to retain us for assisting the case.

3. We offer consultation through conference phone call, email, Skype or face-to-face meeting.

4. After the initial consultation, if you decide to retain Augen Law Offices, we will provide you with a formal retainer agreement listing the specific representation scope, matters.

5. A completed retainer agreement, signed by both you and our attorney, indicates the establishment of an attorney-client relationship.
